Here on the '
home page' I hope to align our objectives so that your time and mine
is not miscast. The objective of Fall Brook Run is to enlist the
respect of fellow hunters, handlers and trainers to consider a pup
from one of our breedings. It is our intention to provide you with a
pup that you can hunt with, and realize the commitment necessary to
train a pup to do so.
To
consider owning a pup from Fall Brook Run I ask that you review the
following VHD Magazine article (click
here) and familiarize yourself with the challenges it presents, in
so doing I will be able to welcome your inquiries, and quite possibly
fulfill your needs to own a quality versatile hunting dog (vhd).

The DVD 'Our Pups & Training for
the NA Test' presents in the first part how we raise versatile hunting
dog (vhd) pups, and then in length is a training journal with a
chapter menu to assist you as an aid to help train for the NAVHDA
Natural Ability Test.

The breedings
between 'Lady'
Caja and
VC Bou of the A, B, and
C- Litters have to their credit 21 pups that have tested within the
NAVHDA Natural Ability Test level, the results are 14- Prize One, 6-
Prize Two, and 1-no prize. With this as a backdrop to consider owning
a versatile hunting dog I am pleased to invite you to consider owning
a pup from our next litter.

Here I welcome you to a
sneak preview to the breeding program that lies ahead, above is Leica
Vom Forstweg who comes from a Auslesesezucht {superior breeding} out
of Lingen, Germany. Leica tested extremely well: in NAVHDA she
received a Prize One in the Natural Ability {NA} Test with a perfect
score 112, and in the Utillity Test (UT) a score of 199 Prize One;
with the JGHV German testing program she scored 61 in the VJP {Verbands
Jugend Prefung, {also called the Spring Puppy Test} and a perfect
score of 190 in the HZP {Herbstzuchtprufung, {also called the Fall
Breed Test}; in the VGP {utility test} she received a Prize One with
score of 301. Please note both HZP and VGP tests results are the
highest achieved by any of our breed in the USA. ** For

Here above we have VC Bou backing Illebolle's Ea (in the
forground) from Rudkbong, Denmark, she will be breeding with VC Bou
early this winter. She has tested well and has to her credit: a
NAVHDA NA Prize One perfect score 112; and a UT Prize Two score 183
missing a prize one with a 3 in 'duck search' instead of a 4; with the
German JGHV testing program she scored a 69 for the VJP puppy test,
and on the VGP test scored well enough for a Prize One in all
categories with a 256 but did not receive a prize because she did not
find the deer to complete the deer blood track successfully. Ea comes
from the similar Rewinkel line breeding as VC Bou.
